William J Birnes

William J. Birnes is an American author, ghostwriter, and ufologist born in 1944. He served as the publisher of UFO Magazine and acted as the lead investigator for the television series UFO Hunters. Throughout his career, he has written and coauthored works covering topics such as the paranormal, criminology, and computer science, including the New York Times bestseller The Day After Roswell.
