Sophie Mackintosh
Sophie Mackintosh is a British novelist and short story writer born in 1988. Her debut novel, The Water Cure, received a nomination for the 2018 Man Booker Prize. In 2023, she was recognized as one of Granta's Best of Young British Novelists, a list identifying the most significant British authors under the age of 40.
