Peter Fend
Peter Fend is an American artist born in 1950. In 1980, he co-founded the artist-led organization Offices and the Ocean Earth Construction and Development Corporation alongside collaborators including Jenny Holzer and Richard Prince. The group, which focused on conceptual and interdisciplinary projects, later transitioned into the Ocean Earth Development Corporation in 1994.
