Paul Bocuse

Paul François Pierre Bocuse was a French chef based in Lyon, recognized for his innovative approach to cuisine and the high quality of his restaurants. Often referred to as the pope of gastronomy and nicknamed Monsieur Paul, he left a lasting legacy in the culinary world. The biennial world chef championship known as the Bocuse d'Or was established in his honor.
