Otis Houston

Otis Houston Jr. is an American artist born in 1954 who is currently based in New York. He is recognized for creating and performing his artistic work in public spaces, most notably along the FDR Drive in Manhattan. In some instances, Houston presents his creative output under the name Black Cherokee.
