Nouveau Realisme
Nouveau Réalisme was an art movement established in 1960 by critic Pierre Restany and painter Yves Klein. Defined by the manifesto titled Constitutive Declaration of New Realism, the group focused on new ways of perceiving reality. The collective grew to include artists such as Arman, Jean Tinguely, and Niki de Saint Phalle before its dissolution in 1970.
