Klimt

Gustav Klimt was an Austrian symbolist painter and a founding member of the Vienna Secession movement. His work, which helped define the Art Nouveau style, focuses on the female body through allegories, portraits, and landscapes. Known for his influence by Japanese art, his most celebrated pieces include The Kiss and Portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer I. He produced paintings, murals, and sketches throughout his career.
