John Kenneth Galbraith
John Kenneth Galbraith was a Canadian-American economist, diplomat, and intellectual known for his influential books on economic topics. During World War II, he served as the deputy director of the Office of Price Administration, where he managed the stabilization of prices, wages, and rents. Throughout his career, he maintained a post-Keynesian perspective and remained a prominent public figure from the 1950s through the 2000s.
