John Hardman

John Hardman was an English merchant and politician from Lancashire who served as the Member of Parliament for Liverpool starting in 1754. Alongside his brother, he owned Allerton Hall and was involved in the slave trade, with records indicating participation in 46 slave voyages between 1729 and 1761. He died in 1755.
