Gerhard Rühm is an Austrian author, composer, and visual artist whose multidisciplinary practice spans literature, music, and the visual arts. Throughout his career, he has worked as a writer, poet, musician, and pianist. In addition to his creative output, he has served as a university teacher and has been involved in political activities.
