David Foster Wallace

David Foster Wallace (1962–2008) was an American novelist, short-story writer, essayist, and university teacher. Known for his dense and satirical analysis of American culture, he is most widely recognized for his 1996 novel Infinite Jest. His work is frequently associated with Postmodernism and is noted for its significant influence on contemporary literature.
