Cheryl D. Holmes-Miller

Cheryl D. Holmes-Miller is an American graphic designer, writer, theologian, and decolonizing historian born in 1952. She is recognized for her advocacy regarding racial and gender equality within the graphic design industry. In 1984, she established one of the first design firms in New York City owned by a Black woman, and she continues to contribute to the field as both an artist and a writer.
