Alexander Rodchenko

Aleksander Mikhailovich Rodchenko (1891–1956) was a Russian and Soviet visual artist, sculptor, photographer, and graphic designer. A foundational figure in the constructivist movement, he played a pivotal role in the development of Russian design. He was married to the artist Varvara Stepanova and worked across multiple disciplines, including painting, architecture, and typography.
